Macky Sall arrives in Gabon today

The President of the Republic of Senegal is expected today in Libreville where he will stay for two-day working visit.

During this visit, the two heads of state will discuss the issues of diplomatic nature. To this end, they will develop the issues of promoting democracy, peace, security and the fight against terrorism, while focusing on ways to fight against the epidemic of the Ebola fever.
According to the newspaper The Observer, his activists reserve him a hero’s welcome, one of the best that can be offered a president visiting his counterpart. In addition to the steps taken by the Gabonese government, members of the Alliance for the Republic are preparing to host head of state.
No less than 50 million CFA Francs have been mobilized to provide Macky Sall a walkabout. Beyond the means granted by the party, Sally Amadou Sall, presidential adviser, contributed 25 million CFA francs. A windfall that allowed the militants to make Gabon 1700 T-shirts, loincloths 1500, 500 shirts and acquire 19 buses will be stationed at 13 Libreville strategic points to carry the activists to the airport. And these are nearly 5,000 people that will be mobilized for the meeting of the president planned tonight at the Nomad Hotel in Libreville, Gabon.
