Interior Minister urges Population to remain calm

In a press communiqué, Gabon’s Interior Minister urged the population to keep calm and welcome steadily the remains of late Rose Francine ROGOMBE and André MBA OBAME during and after the funerals ceremony as a way to pay tribute to the memory and the mourning of the families afflicted.

Also, the Interior Minister warns anyone who would be tempted to take advantage of these painful events to sow unrest or exercise of violence on individuals and goods, in accordance with the laws and regulations in force in our country, arrangements will be taken for the maintenance of law and public order.
