The meeting follows the last Economic and Monetary Community of Central Africa Summit (ECCAS) on the war against Boko Haram, held in Cameroonian capital Yaoundé, last February 16th.

During the meeting, Gabonese Head of State tackled all of the diplomatic issues, with a special emphasis on the conclusions of the Yaoundé Summit, and the need to join forces on the continent to combat any forms of crime and in particular terrorism.
