This convention concerns the health sector and focuses more on the clinical manager for the charges taking, medical transport for medical and chirurgical emergency, obstetric and neonatal, training on drugs management from the pharmaceutics office for specialists and public health management of better quality.

To this end, the convention plans visits in the different centers for the two countries and expertise transfer from the Moroccan experts.
