Assore Limited enters the Gabonese iron market
Very active in the exploitation of iron, manganese and chromium in South Africa, Assore Ltd.has acquired 29.9% of participation in the company IronRidge Resources LTD for the iron exploitation in Gabon. This acquisition comes a few days after the international conference Mining Indaba which took place in Cape Town in South Africa a week ago.
The Assore Ltd Assmine based on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange acquired on February 12th, 2015, 29.9% of interests to the capital of the company IronRidge Resources LTD. Enabling them to exploit the iron of Southern Belinga and a potential for the DSO in the North of Tchibanga, of the mining projects of scale held in Gabon by IronRidge Resources LTD.
In addition to Assore, the Japanese conglomerate Sumitomo Corporation could also acquire 12% of interests of this company. The opening of the capital of IronRidge Resources LTD allow the latter to raise by placement, 9.7 million euros to undertake work of cartography, sampling and a program of drilling on the three projects which the company in Gabon holds.
