About the 1st day of the 4th edition of the New York Africa forum
Gabon’s capital Libreville, with the opening of the 1st day of the 4th edition of the New York Africa forum becomes the worldwide capital for the economic discussion in Africa.
During 3 days the NYFA 2015 will focus on the new dynamism in the continent, from entrepreneurs and inward investments as well as energy in its human resources.
For this first day the forum was opened with a special focus on youth opened by President Ali BONGO ONDIMBA who underlined the key role youth as to play in Africa’s development, and Gabon in particular.
"Africa is the continent of tomorrow. And its first wealth is its youth. The tomorrow’s Africa will not be made without them." says President Ali BONGO ONDIMBA.".
This youth summit was named the African Citizen’s Summit in which General Secretary of the Francophonie announced creation of a fund for digital innovation for innovative youth working on application creation.
